Shipping policy

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times provided at the checkout. All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Due to high volume at peak times, during a launch, special sales and holidays, as well as unforeseen covid 19 disruptions, there may be delays in the postal service which are outside of our control. We attempt to notify every customer preemptively if there is a significant delay. 

Minimum & Maximum Delivery Times 

The minimum delivery time is 7 business days, and maximum delivery time is 10 business days. Please note that if your delivery address is not in a metropolitan city it may take an extra 1-2 business days more for your order to arrive. In the possible case there is a monsoon, we may incur further delays. Send us a message at kankaneayu.supply@gamil.com if you need help with receiving your order. 

We do not offer in-store or at-warehouse pickup to customers. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday. We may contact you via text message with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of your order’s arrival.
